The first type: spraying robot suction type paint supply

Using a small aluminum paint tank placed at the lower part of the spray gun of the automatic spraying robot, the air stream sprayed from the spray gun nozzle generates a low pressure at the nozzle position to attract the paint. The supply of paint is greatly affected by the viscosity and density of the paint, and is related to the size of the nozzle diameter. The capacity of the paint tank is generally below 1L. It is commonly used for mass production and spraying operations with a small amount of paint, and is generally used for spraying of medium and low viscosity paints.

The second type: spraying robot pressure-feeding paint supply

The paint supply relies on compressed air or a pressure pump to pressurize the paint solution and deliver it to the spraying tool. Pressure-feeding paint supply can provide paint solution with higher pressure and larger flow, which can realize long-distance transportation of high-viscosity paint and medium-to-large-scale centralized transportation. The most important paint supply system in the pressure-fed centralized air supply system of the circulating paint supply system.

The third type: spraying robot gravity supply paint

In order to reduce the weight of the paint cup on the gravity spray gun, aluminum products are generally used, and the capacity is generally 0.15-0.5L. 

Automatic spraying of low-viscosity paint in the common language of gravity supply paint. High-viscosity paint can also be sprayed in the paint cup on the upper part of the spray gun of the automatic spraying robot when pressurized by compressed air.
